• Cancellations & Refund :As a general rule, all sales made on www.digitsilk.com(Digit Silk) or any of its sub-domains are final once an order confirmation is sent from our side. So no cancellations are allowed therein. As a standard practice, there is no refund policy for online courses sold on Digit Silk or any of its sub-domains.
  
  1. Refund cancellation policy
• Virtual Services(Counselling): Digit Silk honors refund request for services provided under the following exceptional circumstances: You will be charged as set forth on the payment page. If you are not able to attend the scheduled appointments, you may request a refund by emailing us at support@digitsilk.com within 7 days. The services guarantees the satisfaction of the clients and we are very particular about it. No refund will be done after successful service sessions.
• Digital Products(Downloadable): Digit Silk honors refund request for non-tangible (digital) products under the following exceptional circumstances:
• Duplicate Purchase: If an individual purchases a product twice by mistake, the intimation regarding the same may be provided within 2 days of purchase. After due satisfactory diligence, the refund may be initiated.
• Wrong product Purchased: A person may claim refund in case of wrong selection of product while making the payment. In such a scenario, the information regarding the same may be provided within 24 hours of purchase. Further, the product fee in such case may only be adjusted against another paid product(s) fee and not settled in cash.
• Non-delivery of the electronic product – download issues due to Digit Silk server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted. For such requests, Digit Silk issues refunds within 3 days from the date of the purchase.
• Digital Product “not as described” – such issues have to be reported within 24 hours from the time of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described” on Digit Silk’s website. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
• Major or Critical Defects – Digit Silk tests every single digital product before release. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of the purchase. Digit Silk  reserves the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day.
  You may request a refund by emailing us at support@digitsilk.com .The refund will be processed subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cash backs, GST/other taxes, administrative charges etc.
  This Refund Policy is a part of, and incorporated within, the Terms of Use. As a condition of registering with digitsilk.com and using the services offered through this Website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease use of all digitsilk.com and terminate your account. However, any transactions occurring prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund Policy.
